MINIMAL CAPITAL EXPENDITURE – there are no “fit out” costs, telecoms installation charges, agent fees, solicitors fees or furniture costs associated with taking DBH accommodation. Our space is provided fully fitted out and available for immediate occupation in return for a small deposit.
