Q. What do DBH provide?

Q. Is there a minimum term?
A. Normally traditional office space would involve a solicitor to negotiate a full repairing and insuring lease agreement before you can lease your desired office accommodation. DBH aim to avoid the use of a Solicitor and the need for complicated agreements by operating with flexible licence agreements allowing our customers the freedom of committing themselves for as little as one month. Our licence agreements are designed to be easy to read and offer our tenants maximum service for a minimal commitment.
Q. What if my requirements change while I’m with DBH?
A. Due to the flexibility of our licence agreements DBH will always endeavour to accommodate any planned customer expansions, contractions or needas for different types of accommodation.
Q. What do I need to do to setup my telephones and broadband?
A. All our fully furnished offices include telephone lines and handsets which are operational from the moment that you move into your office or unit with their set up being managed by our well trained staff. All of our phone systems have built in voicemail, the ability to divert your calls to our reception, your mobile or any other phone number you and your colleagues may use. We are also able to implement more complex programming if you require hunt groups to be set up or any very specific needs.
We are also able to offer high speed internet connectivity and specific broadband products to suit your organisations demands. Our staff will assist you initially with your requirements but will consult with our communications partners on any of the more complex requirements and maintenance/support issues.
Q. Can you supply me with additional administration support?
A. At every DBH business centre there is a trained receptionist who can answer calls in your company name and also provide a range of support services, such as filing, typing, faxing and photocopying. Our onsite team are always available to assist you where possible with the aim being to reduce your need employ additional staff for any ad-hoc administrative work.
Q. How soon can I move into my office?
A. As soon as we have a signed licence agreements and cleared funds within our account (or an authorised credit card payment), you are able to take your office accommodation. This can be as quick as a couple of hours or as long as a couple of months.
Q. Do DBH have meeting room facilities onsite?
A. All of our sites have professional meeting room facilities available for use by any organisation whether a customer or not. We would always recommend booking meeting rooms well in advance to avoid complications at the time. All meeting rooms can be provided with refreshments and/or business catering to suit your needs

A. Please call or email the manager of the business centre that you are interested in and they will talk you through the process from signing a licence through to establishing your DBH phone numbers and how you would like your furniture laid out.
